Relationship Coaching Group LLC
Please read this disclaimer carefully before engaging in coaching services with Relationship Coaching Group LLC (“we,” “us,” or “the Coach’s”). By participating in coaching sessions, workshops, or programs, you (“the Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.
1. Professional Disclaimer
• The coaching services provided by Relationship Coaching Group LLC are for educational and personal development purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, therapeutic, or other licensed professional advice.
• Our coaching focuses on communication, connection, and value-driven relationships for couples and individuals. It is not a substitute for services provided by a licensed attorney, financial advisor, physician, or mental health professional.
• Clients are strongly encouraged to seek the guidance of qualified, licensed professionals for any legal, financial, medical, or psychological matters that require specialized expertise.
2. Coach-Client Relationship Disclaimer
• Though your coach is professionally qualified and trained in relationship coaching, they are not acting as a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, or legal advisor in this capacity.
• The coaching relationship established through our sessions, workshops, podcasts, or educational content does not create a therapist-client, attorney-client, or other licensed professional relationship of any kind.
• Coaching sessions are not a substitute for professional mental health care, crisis intervention, legal advice, or medical treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services immediately.
3. Coaching Service Disclaimer
• Descriptions of our coaching services, workshops, and programs—whether on our website, in our podcast, or in our social content—are intended to convey the general nature of the services offered.
• The methods, tools, techniques, and approaches used may vary between sessions and clients based on individual needs, goals, and circumstances.
• Actual services delivered may differ from initial descriptions as we tailor our approach to each client's unique situation.
4. Assumption of Risk Disclaimer
• Clients voluntarily assume full responsibility for any decisions and actions taken during or as a result of the coaching process, including choices made within personal relationships.
• The Client acknowledges that such decisions and actions are their own, and that Relationship Coaching Group LLC and its coaches are not liable for outcomes resulting from choices made by the Client.
• Coaching involves open, honest conversation about sensitive relationship topics, and clients participate with full awareness of the personal nature of this work.
5. Results and Outcomes Disclaimer
• While our coaching aims to facilitate personal, relational, and professional growth, no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
• Results depend on individual effort, commitment, communication, and circumstances beyond the Coach's control, including the actions and willingness to participate of any partner or third party involved.
• Clients are responsible for implementing the strategies, tools, and guidance provided during coaching in their own lives and relationships.
6. Intellectual Property Disclaimer
• All coaching materials, including but not limited to exercises, frameworks, worksheets, tools, workshop content, podcast content, and methods provided during sessions or programs, are the intellectual property of Relationship Coaching Group LLC.
• These materials are provided for the Client's personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.
• Access to coaching materials does not grant the Client any ownership or licensing rights. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Confidentiality, Security, and Privacy Disclaimer
• At the heart of every coaching relationship is trust. We are committed to protecting your personal information and the content discussed in our sessions.
• All conversations, observations, and written communications shared during your coaching engagement are treated with strict confidentiality. We will not share any part of our conversations with third parties without your explicit consent, except where disclosure is required by law, a valid court order or subpoena, or where there is an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others.
• Any records or notes, whether physical or digital, including contact details and session summaries, are stored securely and disposed of appropriately in alignment with data protection best practices and the ICF Code of Ethics.
• If you are ever unsure about how your information is handled, we welcome the opportunity to revisit and clarify our agreement at any point during the coaching relationship. Our aim is to ensure you always feel informed, safe, and respected throughout our work together.
